Macrobond is looking to solve the problem of driving revenue and supporting sales in closing new opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects by hiring a Product Specialist
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or another scripting language is a plus
- Especially for our Web API offering
- Genuinely interested in technology, data, and the financial markets
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of client workflows
- In-depth product expertise
- Knowledge of data architecture and API usage
Responsibilities
- Support senior Product Specialists in preparing and delivering product demos
- Assist Account Executives and Customer Success Managers with client/prospect queries and internal documentation
- Participate in structured training sessions to gain a deep understanding of Macrobond’s platform and data
- Help collect, organize, and communicate client feedback to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to webinars, workshops, and marketing initiatives under guidance
- Deliver product demos and training sessions more independently
- Provide support on technical topics such as data architecture and API usage
Other
- A recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong communicator with good presentation skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution focused
- Eager to learn and thrive in a client-facing, technically involved role
- 20 days holiday per annum
