The DoD requires graphic design and production support services for multimedia production.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Lightroom, InCopy, and Acrobat Pro XI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, and Outlook.
- Proficient in the operation of graphic production equipment, including large format laminators, large format printers, computerized engravers, and computerized mat cutters.
- Familiar with AR 25-1 and DoD Pam 25-91.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive design, product consultation, and production services in support of all videos, graphics, and photographic production.
- Respond to requests for graphic services production support.
- Perform graphic data management, including maintaining data and system integrity, cataloging image files, and sustaining network-stored digital production files for maintaining existing archives for retrieval.
- Provide graphics service production administrative support, including monitoring the schedule and assigning, managing, and tracking the status of work order requests.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and system troubleshooting, operations checks, and services.
- Secure office and equipment as required.
- Generate and comply with customer organization and contractual requirements, including recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.

- BA/BS degree and 5+ years OR High school diploma or GED with 12+ years of relevant work experience required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Top Secret required with SCI eligibility
