Activision Blizzard is looking to solve problems within render architecture, systems programming, GPU microcode, procedural geometry, ray-tracing, and performance analysis and optimization for console, PC, and mobile titles
Requirements
- Working knowledge of C++
- Experience with at least one game-related domain (graphics, networking, embedded systems)
- Multi-threading, optimization (rendering and systems), and computer architecture are a plus
- Practical facility in an additional language like Python or Rust
Responsibilities
- Work on console, PC, and mobile titles to solve problems within render architecture, systems programming, GPU microcode, procedural geometry, ray-tracing, and performance analysis and optimization
- Collaborate with some of the best in the gaming industry
- Participate in intern exclusive Learning & Development and social events
- Contribute to team tasks
- Effectively communicate problems, solutions, needs, or priorities
- Manage time effectively
- Work on a meaningful project that directly impacts the team
Other
- Pursuing an associates, bachelors, masters, or PhD and graduating December 2025 – July 2026
- Available to participate in a 12-week internship starting in late-August or mid-September
- Currently residing in the US or open to relocating oneself to the US
- Exhibits learning agility; has the ability to think differently, and/or grasp and apply new skills and concepts
- Able to effectively communicate problems, solutions, needs, or priorities
