Requirements
- strong in 3D math
- fluent in C and C++
- graphics APIs
- the efficient use of discrete GPUs, APUs, and CPUs
- Proficient in C/C++ development for Windows, with a strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, language features, and standard libraries
- Practical experience with DirectX-class development tools and techniques
- Demonstrated skill in optimizing graphics code, especially shaders
Responsibilities
- Work with the external game development partners to integrate AMD gaming technologies into their titles
- Analyze, Understand and Debug hard to find problems in complex game engines.
- Use low level graphics APIs to write efficient shaders.
Other
- Able to communicate effectively and work optimally with different teams across AMD .
- Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
- Ability to interpret and enhance requirements to improve software systems beyond initial specifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
