Exodus is looking for a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager to strengthen compliance programs and enhance enterprise risk management, playing a critical role in safeguarding user trust and supporting business resilience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in compliance, risk, audit, or controls.
- Crypto knowledge; Chainalysis certification preferred.
- Experience with NAVEX, Kodex, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML, OFAC, and enterprise risk frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to law enforcement requests via the Kodex portal.
- Manage vendor due diligence (incoming and outgoing KYC).
- Perform crypto transaction monitoring using Chainalysis and manage OFAC controls.
- Support risk, disclosure, and incident management via NAVEX.
- Draft risk appetites, perform controls testing, and build dashboard reporting.
