Penta Research is seeking a Ground Software Engineer to support a commercial satellite company with software development for satellite and/or space vehicle (SV) payload deployments and transport into Low-Earth Orbit (LEO).
Requirements
- Python experience
- Bash scripting experience
- SQL experience
- Experience with the Linux server administration
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm deployments
- Experience with messaging frameworks such as Kinesis, MQTT, ROS2, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Knowledge of software development tools such as Gitlab CI/CD
Responsibilities
- responsible for software development in primarily Python and Go languages in AWS environments in support of Satellite and/or Space Vehicle (SV) payload deployments and transport into Low-Earth Orbit (LEO).
