Requirements
- Deep Software Development, Software Engineering background, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Experience developing ground subsystems
- Cloud/containerization experience with a good understanding of distributed systems and designing for scalability
- Experience developing microservices
- Meaningful experience designing and implementing software solutions using the following technologies: Java, C-Sharp, Python
- Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps Pipelines
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain object-oriented ground system software applications using Java, C-Sharp, C++, Angular, Python
- Support modernization efforts geared toward achieving greater efficiency, security, automation and scalability
- Collaborate with an enthusiastic team of software, systems, and test engineers using the Agile Development methodology
- Participate in progressing system capabilities from early design through site acceptance focused on software reuse, COTS/FOSS integrations, and innovative, affordable best practices.
- Utilizes state of the art commercial standard methodologies such as DevSecOps (automated testing, continuous integration, automated deployment, etc.) and modern development tools.
Other
- Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI pref)
- Demonstrated expertise in Scaled Agile development methodologies, with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and teamwork across Agile Development Teams.
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills and a desire to have fun with your work.
- Current TS Clearance required for consideration with the ability to quickly obtain an SCI.
