Red Ventures (RVGT) is seeking a Group Data Science Product Manager to develop AI/ML-powered digital products aimed at improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for their Fortune 500 clients.
Requirements
Experience owning in-depth analyses on customer or click-stream data to understand trends and develop testing hypotheses.
Demonstrated ability to drive business decisions and behavior changes through machine learning and advanced analytics capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to help identify areas of opportunity where ML/AI could be applied and experience contributing to the creation of the final product - either hands-on or in a product management capacity.
Demonstrated experience in data-related programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, or R).
You have a strong technical and data foundation that enables you to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, including an understanding of relevant predictive algorithms.
Responsibilities
Operate as an owner utilizing data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize and to develop solutions that enhance the experience, user engagement and performance of the digital channels.
Leverage your understanding of ML and AI concepts to inform the product strategy for solutions that will enable your channel experiences.
Translate high-level objectives into detailed technical deliverables, and manage projects to completion through your team of product managers and analysts, in collaboration with engineering, creative & data science teams.
Produce in-depth analyses that get to the heart of what our consumers are doing and inform the experiences they are looking for.
Identify optimal uses of our core capabilities and products to create business value within your area of focus.
Generate a rapid testing strategy that allows our team to give world-class experiences and learn quickly.
Impact overall customer value through personalized experience delivery across customer acquisition and retention efforts through data-informed, ML-driven strategies.

This position is based in our Charlotte, NC OR NY, NY office on a hybrid schedule.
