Support dashboards focused on production activities and client operations
Requirements
- Mastery of PowerBi, Tableau and Spotfire with ability to troubleshoot
- Experience with Python
- Ability to query data in SQL
Responsibilities
- Dashboard development and maintenance with experience in PowerBi, Tableau and Spotfire
- Perform review of scientific data to develop new dashboards and maintain existing dashboards across various platforms
- Present data in client facing meetings and address stakeholder needs for improved visualizations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs; report any quality or other anomalies
- Coordinate, support, and monitor performance of team through quality metrics while ensuring client deadlines are met
- Coordinate with client contacts to communicate status of deliverables, determine priorities, and set timelines
- Set individual and team goals to develop the scope of work and responsibilities of the team
Other
- Coordinate activities and support client-facing meetings
- Participate in required training activities
- Manage time off and payroll entries of the team
- May participate in new hire interviews
- Support the on-boarding process of new employees
- Participate in training of other employees
- 1+ years of customer or client-facing experience
- 1+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of process operations
- Professional leadership experience
- Ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask
- Ability to perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
