Johnson & Johnson is looking to solve the business problem of launching icotrokinra for Psoriatic disease by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes patient experience, advertising, and advocacy relations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of business experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated in-line marketing, executing marketing strategy
  • A demonstrated ability to partner and work with multiple agencies/vendors, manage budgets and projects, cross-functionally, cross-geography, and with cross-company teams of high-level managers and executives
  • An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • In-line launch experience
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical HCP marketing, including large campaign/TV shoots, media strategy and data-driven content strategy and creation

Responsibilities

  • Leading HCP experience strategy to create a bold advantage for brand
  • Developing and executing education strategy (branded and unbranded)
  • Leading development of integrated and multi-channel campaign and evolution
  • Leading HCP/patient agency of record and other specialty agencies to implement DTC strategy/tactics
  • Partnering with the Advocacy team and Patient advocates to implement strategy aligned to key business objectives
  • Partnering with PR/Communications team on external communications initiatives and signature campaigns
  • Managing budgets, including all aspects of agency and media spend

Other

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, MBA, or other graduate degree is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work the hybrid/flex schedule of 3 days a week in the Horsham, PA office and travel up to 25%.
  • This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority with high-level management, detailed orientation, and excellent strategic thinking.
  • This position requires extensive interactions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Sales leadership and/or market access leadership
