Shopmonkey is looking to build the next generation of their platform and needs a Group Product Manager to own the product strategy for a key area of their business, guiding the vision and roadmap for multiple expanding products.

- Experience with a modern tech stack, PM requirements and prototyping tooling, and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive the long-term product strategy with executive Product leadership, ensuring alignment with our company-wide mission.
- Own the product roadmap for your domain, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Use customer feedback, market research, and data to identify new opportunities and build products that our customers can't live without.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your products, continuously iterating and improving based on results.

- This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site at our Morgan Hill, CA office to collaborate and stay connected.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5+ years in a leadership role (Group PM, Manager PM, or a similar capacity).
- A proven track record of shipping successful SaaS products for SMBs and Enterprises.
- An ownership mindset with a bias toward action, driving results and outcomes without analysis paralysis.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. You can articulate a product vision to anyone, from a C-level executive to a junior engineer.
- A "hungry, humble, and smart" attitude. You're a self-starter who is eager to learn, and puts the team and the customer first.
- Experience in vertical SaaS and/or automotive environment is a plus.
