Requirements
- Ability to understand the machines on the mechanical and electrical levels, as well as the ability to quickly learn so that the product can be applied.
- Ability to write detailed specifications for a new product.
- Ability to generate and write test and laboratory reports for customers and suppliers.
- Ability to use accounting software, Database software, Design software, Internet, Project Management software, Spreadsheet and Word Processing.
- Fluid power knowledge.
- SAP experience
- CRM experience
Responsibilities
- Setting and meeting product line sales growth and profitability goals.
- Managing resources to support growth and expansion.
- Forecasting and meeting group budget and group/product P&L.
- Identifying and developing strategic target accounts.
- Developing, expanding, and launching new products.
- Effectively targeting markets to penetrate and implement through the sales organization.
- Project Managing from concept to production and support.
Other
- Travel expected around 10%, could go up to 40% of the time if needed.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in Engineering.
- Experience in fluid power, certification is a plus.
- Excellent sales skills and experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
