Requirements
- 6–10 years of product management experience, including 3–5 years leading PMs
- A strong track record launching and scaling consumer marketplace products
- Deep experience with systems architecture and consumer mobile apps; payments experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define, query, and interpret data independently
- Experience working in agile, full-stack product teams from discovery through delivery
- Comfort using modern product tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Miro
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Drive roadmap prioritization using value-vs-effort frameworks to maximize impact and time to market
- Define and drive the go to market strategy for a new 0 > 1 product
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term strategic investments
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-release optimization
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery
Other
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a foundational team of product managers, ensuring they deliver measurable impact
- Promote a data-driven, outcome-oriented product culture
- Ensure the team follows best practices in product management and documentation, driving consistency and clarity across initiatives
- Encourage cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, payments, marketing, and customer success
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and key customers
