Intuit's Business Intelligence team is looking for a Group Product Manager / Principal Product Manager to develop the product strategy and deliver competitive Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) capabilities leveraging AI and Agentic AI for mid-market and small businesses.

Requirements

  • Deep domain experience building core financial products and solutions like FP&A OR a strong consulting background in FP&A domain.
  • A strong product management background
  • Led transformation at an enterprise level for large organizations evolving to next generation capabilities including adoption of AI to power marketing use cases
  • Examples of leveraging GenAI in their product portfolio
  • A high degree of fluency in Tech, Data, Finance. Understands how various technologies in the CFO stack work with each other.
  • 10+ years of product management experience with complex, platform products operating at significant scale
  • Technically conversant and forward thinking in areas of finance, analytics and AI

Responsibilities

  • developing the product strategy and delivering competitive FP&A capability leveraging AI and Agentic Ai for the mid-market & small businesses
  • Establish a high-performance culture through rigorous product management craft, ambitious goals and effective delivery
  • Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to create and regularly refine product vision, strategy and roadmaps to accelerate use case maturity
  • Be boundaryless - champion durable capabilities, use case solutions and clear prioritization in order to rapidly deliver impact
  • Actively teach, coach and mentor across the product management organization; establish best practices and actively enhance how we work
  • Led transformation at an enterprise level for large organizations evolving to next generation capabilities including adoption of AI to power marketing use cases
  • Skilled in evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying compelling solutions, analysing technologies, and assessing the importance of emerging tools and platforms

  • Proven leadership and communication skills, the ability to drive change in a matrixed environment
  • Depth and breadth of experience with product management to solve a range of business challenges
