Intuit's TurboTax is looking to innovate and improve its flagship DIY tax software experiences on stationary and mobile web to ensure tax law changes are understandable and actionable for millions of consumers, improve conversion in core customer journeys, and drive clarity and confidence for users in tax filing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, designing and delivering world-class software products, with a proven track record of driving significant customer and business impact.
- Experience building and leading a PM team (2+ years management experience)
- Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving complex problems; experience with consumer-facing products at scale is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to craft a vision and translate it into an actionable, outcome-oriented roadmap.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; proficiency in using data to define success, prioritize, and iterate.
- Demonstrable technical depth and curiosity; ability to engage effectively in technical discussions with engineering and architecture teams.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven products is a plus.
