Intuit's TurboTax is seeking to unlock business growth through conversion rate optimization, experimentation, personalization, and AI-driven experiences for its website, which receives over 190 million annual visitors during tax season. The goal is to improve the user experience and capture a larger share of the 85 million American consumers who currently use inefficient and expensive tax preparation services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in web optimization and growth, including at least 5 years in a Product Management role driving experimentation and/or personalization initiatives
- Experience building and leading a PM team (2+ years direct management experience)
- Deep experience with web and mobile-first customer experiences, ideally in high-traffic (20+ million monthly uniques), consumer-facing environments.
- Proven experience leveraging machine learning to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and personalization strategies.
- Strong track record of owning revenue outcomes and delivering product-led growth
- Deep customer obsession and strong track record delivering customer value through product innovation
- Capable of crafting a vision, decomposing it into milestones, and leading execution
