Requirements
- Ownership & speed: You move fast, ship often, and learn by doing.
- Clear communication: Strong written English for landing copy, emails, and outreach; crisp and transparent reporting of results.
- Design sense: You’re comfortable learning or using design tools to create clean, compelling visuals that support campaigns.
- Content creation: Comfortable producing short-form or long-form content across social media, blogs, or newsletters.
- Prior startup or B2B SaaS growth experience
- You’re familiar with data teams, their tools, and challenges — ideally with some prior experience or exposure.
Responsibilities
- Run multi-channel growth campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize inbound and outbound experiments across email, content, partnerships, and paid channels.
- Build landing pages that convert: Ship fast, responsive pages optimized for conversion with solid UX, SEO, and analytics (event tracking, conversion funnels).
- Drive outbound acquisition: Research and engage qualified prospects; design personalized outreach; test messaging to improve reply and conversion rates.
- Automate growth operations: Implement lifecycle campaigns, onboarding sequences, lead scoring, and CRM automations that scale efficiently.
