Valpay is building the next generation of embedded payments to help SaaS companies transform payments from a utility into a new line of revenue. The company is looking for a Growth Lead to own the partner-to-merchant revenue lifecycle in the United States market, acting as the commercial founder of their pod to drive pipeline creation, partner acquisition, merchant activation, and revenue delivery.
Requirements
- Strong mix of commercial skills and technical comfort.
- Experience selling to or partnering with software companies/ISVs
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Builder mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid to cold call or go after big accounts.
- Background in PayFac, embedded finance, or SaaS partnerships
Responsibilities
- Help SaaS platforms embed payments into their product and monetization strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with technical, product, and operations teams both at Valpay and with our partners to unlock growth.
- Prospect, pitch, and close Saas platforms by positioning embedded payments as a revenue engine.
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to activate and scale merchant accounts.
- Orchestrate your pod to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and revenue expansion.

- 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or growth (SaaS, fintech, or payments).
- Act as the commercial founder of your pod, accountable for pipeline creation, partner acquisition, merchant activation, and revenue delivery.
