Valpay is looking for a Growth Lead to own the partner-to-merchant revenue lifecycle in the United States market, helping SaaS platforms embed payments into their product and monetization strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or growth (SaaS, fintech, or payments).
  • Experience selling to or partnering with software companies/ISVs
  • Strong mix of commercial skills and technical comfort.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Builder mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid to cold call or go after big accounts.
  • Background in PayFac, embedded finance, or SaaS partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and grow software partner accounts: Prospect, pitch, and close Saas platforms by positioning embedded payments as a revenue engine.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities: Target regions or verticals with the highest potential and shape localized outreach.
  • Own partner relationships: Collaborate with partner sales teams to activate and scale merchant accounts.
  • Drive full lifecycle adoption: Orchestrate your pod to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
  • Lead with influence: Be accountable for the metrics and Align pod members around ambitious commercial goals.

Other

  • Own the partner-to-merchant revenue lifecycle in the United States market.
  • Act as the commercial founder of your pod, accountable for pipeline creation, partner acquisition, merchant activation, and revenue delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, product, and operations teams both at Valpay and with our partners to unlock growth.
  • Operate like an entrepreneur and build a new market
  • Help shape how Valpay helps SaaS companies monetize payments.
