Sunfish, a health tech startup, is looking to solve the problem of making the parenthood journey easy and affordable by improving their marketing operations and analytics.
Requirements
- Strong analytical thinker; comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards
- Organized, reliable, and excited to learn marketing operations
- Detail-oriented and energized by solving “how do we make this work better?”
- Interested in health tech, fertility, consumer growth, or analytics
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain UTMs, tracking links, and attribution structures
- QA landing pages, Typeform flows, and intake logic
- Support campaign setup for paid search, SEO/GEO, and lifecycle programs
- Maintain campaign calendars and cross-functional deadlines
- Help update Customer.io segments, triggers, and content blocks
- Support QA of flow updates, form logic changes, and new journeys
- Pull weekly dashboards covering CAC, funnel performance, email metrics

- Location: Los Angeles preferred (hybrid) or remote within the U.S.
- Hours: ~15–20 hours/week during the semester, commencing Jan 2026
