Genista Biosciences is looking to revolutionize food safety by creating a cutting-edge platform based on a unique combination of robotics, software, and technology, and needs a growth marketer to build the growth engine that scales the company from industry innovator to category standard.
Requirements
- 6+ years leading demand or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services environment (Series A/B or $25-100 M ARR).
- Proven track record launching ABM, paid-acquisition, and partner programs that directly drove pipeline.
- Fluent in marketing attribution and comfortable turning SQL/Looker/Google Analytics insights into decisive GTM bets.
- Experience marketing to food, beverage, or biotech quality/safety professionals.
- Familiarity with AI-centric product positioning or campaigns.
- History of elevating a technical or scientific brand through trade-association channels and industry press.
Responsibilities
- Architect and iterate a full-funnel plan across paid, organic, partner, and referral channels, anchored to CAC ↔ LTV and payback goals.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to manage/establish both outbound and inbound strategies.
- Own the editorial calendar—white-papers, case studies, social—mapping every asset to persona pain points and funnel stage.
- Manage freelancers/creators; enforce brand guidelines and scientific accuracy.
- Setup/manage analytics pipeline capture from website to CRM and marketing engine
- Deliver monthly insights to Exec staff and the board.
- Work with the CBO to define relevant growth metrics and track within our BI tool; forecast demand and inform outbound strategy based on segmentation analysis, and more
