Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, specifically in the area of Insurance Claims system projects.
Requirements
- Prior experience with Guidewire is excellent, particularly if you’ve worked with ClaimCenter and Integration Gateway doing integration and configurations.
- You have experience with Java, Javascript, SQL, Gosu, or any other modern language for coding new features and React or Node.js to work on digital apps.
- Ability to use API frameworks such as Mulesoft or Apache Camel to build APIs would be a plus.
- You have worked previously with an Agile team or understand these concepts.
- Integration with different web services is a key component of this role, so your understanding of SOAP and REST webservices will be helpful.
- You’re comfortable speaking and presenting in front of 20 or more people and are willing to participate in overall team collaborative events.
- You are able to clarify and explain complex technical concepts to others who may be less tech savvy than you.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and development of Insurance Claims system projects.
- Devise or modify technical solutions to solve problems.
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs.
- Collaborate with IT management, project or maintenance team members and other team members to evaluate, design, and provide technical solutions that support the MRM strategy and otherwise contribute to the delivery of cost-effective business solutions.
- Act as an internal technical mentor and consultant.
- Be a key IT technical contributor on emerging technologies used for the internet, intranet, or internal applications.
- Develop sound, cost-effective applications to achieve customer needs.
