The HALO Trust is seeking to fill a paid internship position to provide support across the organisation and gain invaluable experience to prepare them for their future career.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A keen understanding of a variety of writing and communication styles appropriate for speaking to different stakeholders, busy HALO staff and the public.
Responsibilities
- Support HALO HQ departments with a range of administrative tasks, such as action tracking, logistics, and event planning.
- Taking the meeting minutes for various ad hoc and routine meetings.
- Support the Chief of Staff with ad hoc tasks.
- Directly assist a variety of HQ departments, ranging from Philanthropy and Communications to Global Policy and Advocacy.
- Directly assist teams on HALO Programmes. Tasks can range from newsletter and case study writing to donor reports and concept notes.
- Supporting the Partnerships team with donor reporting, concept notes and proposals.
- Updating internal databases and filing systems.
