- Proven experience in IT Data Management, AI/ML, and project leadership.
- Advanced technical skills across global IT systems and mining technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead global data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives.
- Oversee data lake architecture, automation, and reporting tools.
- Enable AI/ML capabilities to support decision-making.
- Guide cross-functional teams of data professionals and project managers.
- Collaborate with legal, supply chain, and IT service providers.
- Deliver data solutions that support safety and sustainability reporting.

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and vendor negotiation.
- Exceptional people leadership and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally; multilingual skills are a plus.
