Requirements
- Deep understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud AI services, and applied AI tools.
- Experience with AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives at scale.
- Strong technical foundation (Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML experience preferred).
- Knowledge of NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
- Experience with automation tools and technologies.
- Understanding of data privacy and security standards.
- Familiarity with state and federal guidelines for AI governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive TRG’s enterprise AI strategy, aligned with our mission to empower people and deliver trusted title insurance solutions.
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities in underwriting, title production, claims, fraud detection, compliance, and customer engagement.
- Introduce scalable AI models (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) that integrate seamlessly into TRG’s systems, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee deployment of NLP, generative AI, and automation tools to increase efficiency and improve the accuracy of title processes.
- Develop and manage AI governance frameworks to meet the highest standards of security, data privacy, and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Monitor AI model performance, ensuring ongoing accuracy, reliability, and risk management.
- Partner across TRG’s business units to embed AI into daily operations — from automating document review to enabling predictive insights that support our agents and customers.
Other
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
- 10+ years in senior leadership roles driving enterprise transformation, innovation, or strategy in regulated industries.
- Proven ability to bridge business strategy with advanced technology adoption, delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to align AI strategy to growth, profitability, and customer success.
- Strong communicator and change agent, able to influence stakeholders across the enterprise.
