Intelliguard is looking for a Head of Development to lead their technology, DevOps, Development, QA Testing, and innovation strategies in the MedTech field. The goal is to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions, manage cloud infrastructure, oversee software design, ensure successful delivery of mission-critical applications, and maintain robust IT operations to support the company's commitment to high-quality medical products.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in modern software design principles, development frameworks, and programming languages.
  • Expertise in IT operations management, including cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles, including cloud infrastructure, software development, and IT operations.
  • Proven success in a senior technology leadership role within the medical technology, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and development of software solutions that power mission-critical medical applications and systems.
  • Ensure all software meets regulatory and compliance standards for the medical technology industry.
  • Promote modern development practices, including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Direct the development and maintenance of secure, reliable, and high-performance systems that underpin manufacturing processes and medical device functionality.
  • Manage the company’s IT operations, ensuring seamless integration and performance of all technology systems.

Other

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
