Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for the Data Experiences and Analytics Visualization Platform.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance data and visualization products.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, data engineering, and visualization technologies.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering quality, delivery, and reliability.
- Implement robust processes for agile development, code quality, testing, and deployment.
