Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive engineering experience, including both leadership roles and hands-on time building scalable solutions.
- 7+ years leading engineering organizations, with proven success managing engineering managers, technical leads, and senior ICs.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling an engineering organization, ideally in a high-growth or transformation context where foundational structures and practices needed to be created.
- Advanced CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, observability, and incident response.
- API-first architecture.
- AI-driven tools for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Experience with cutting-edge tech, AI, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Architect the Product Organization’s long-term technical vision, strategy, and platform roadmap for North America product experiences.
- Lead build-vs-buy decisions, strategically blending SaaS with proprietary tech. Ensure agile, resilient, observable, API-first architecture.
- Implement world-class engineering practices: advanced CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, observability, and incident response.
- Drive continuous improvement in reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency using AI-driven tools.
- Accelerate market impact through shared platform capabilities.
- Introduce cutting-edge tech, AI, and automation to improve customer and operational outcomes.
- Leads the architecture and technical strategy that enable new digital capabilities, including real-time data, personalization, mobile performance, service reliability, and multi-entity integration.

- Up to 25% travel with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.
- Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area and work a hybrid work schedule.
- 10+ years in a business-facing role with many non-technical stakeholders, recommending and executing a technical vision to deliver business value.
- 3+ years implementing and leading engineering teams operating with a product operating model preferred.
- Proven track record co-leading with Product, Design, and Data in an empowered product model, including shared responsibility for discovery, prioritization, and outcome delivery.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to translate technical considerations into business impacts and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, multi-entity, global/local ecosystems with distributed decision rights and shared platforms.
