Corgi is building the first fully AI-driven insurance and financial infrastructure company and is expanding globally to build a 24-hour operating model across time zones. They are looking for a Head of ETF Operations (U.S. Products) to build and run their ETF operations center in Atlanta, owning the end-to-end operational workflow for all Corgi U.S.-listed ETFs and building out the local team.
Requirements
- 8+ years in ETF operations, fund accounting, or capital markets at an ETF issuer, administrator, or custodian.
- Strong understanding of U.S. ETF mechanics—authorized participants, creation/redemption baskets, NAV calculation, and SEC/FINRA processes.
- Experience coordinating across multiple service providers and exchanges.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ETF operations for multiple U.S.-listed funds (cash management, reconciliations, trade flow, NAV validation, creation/redemption).
- Coordinate across custodians, fund administrators, transfer agents, distributors, authorized participants (APs), and market makers.
- Lead operational readiness for new ETF launches—index setup, basket processes, creation/redemption testing, and exchange coordination.
- Design and optimize workflows across time zones to create a “follow-the-sun” operations model.
- Implement internal systems for data feeds, compliance checks, trade settlements, and reporting automation.
- Collaborate with engineering to scale automation across fund operations.
