Apple Music is seeking a visionary Head of Product, AI & Personalization to lead the next generation of user-centric experiences powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven experimentation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML or personalization-focused product teams
  • proven track record of shipping large-scale, ML-powered consumer products
  • deep understanding of machine learning technologies, recommendation systems, user segmentation, and real-time personalization systems
  • experience leading experimentation and A/B testing at scale, ideally in a subscription or content platform
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization
  • thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, handles decisions with ease, and has the ability to navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • set the vision and strategy for how we harness artificial intelligence to deliver deeply personal, intuitive, and engaging music experiences
  • lead the end-to-end product direction for personalization, recommendations, search relevance, user modeling, and content discovery
  • manage and mentor a team of product managers working across AI/ML, personalization systems, and large-scale experimentation
  • partner closely with engineering, design, editorial, analytics, and marketing teams to bring personalized features to life across Apple Music
  • define product requirements, align on technical approaches, and ensure seamless integration into the broader user experience
  • stay ahead of industry trends in AI, personalization, and consumer media, and continuously bring forward new ideas and strategic insights that shape the future of Apple Music
  • lead experimentation and A/B testing at scale, ideally in a subscription or content platform
