Growve is seeking a Head of Product Development to manage a high-performing team, implement SOPs, and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality products designed to maximize ROI on new launches for their Nature's Craft brand.
Requirements
- 7 plus years’ experience in product development.
- 5 plus years' of demonstrated management experience, of managing a team of at least 5 people.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and managing large-scale product pipelines.
- Experience in vitamins is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and identify high-ROI opportunities.
- Financial acumen, with experience budgeting for product development and launch costs.
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute product launch strategies that support Nature’s Craft’s growth goals, while continuously optimizing processes to improve efficiency and increase success rates.
- Identify white space opportunities and emerging trends in wellness and supplementation to inform roadmap development.
- Allocate launch budgets effectively.
- Identify and prioritize high ROI product launches.
- Establish long-term strategies for brand value growth through innovative product selections and launch methodologies.
- Determine the optimal product launch pathways, ensuring efficient routing of products from development to market.
- Lead the product launch team to ensure products go live on a consistent and strategically planned timeline.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage remote teams.
- Deep understanding of how to manage KPIs as well as manage poor performance.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
