Fractal is looking for a Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled products and solutions for their Healthcare Business Unit, addressing high-impact problems for payers, providers, and life sciences clients.
Requirements
- Experience launching AI/ML-based products or platforms at scale.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, regulatory frameworks, and healthcare data privacy considerations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with Fractal’s AI capabilities and healthcare market needs.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify whitespace opportunities.
- Translate client challenges into scalable product ideas and AI/analytics-powered solutions.
- Develop and own the product roadmap; prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and user value.
- Drive agile execution by working closely with cross-functional teams – data scientists, software engineers, domain experts, and UI/UX designers.
- Ensure AI models and algorithms are translated into usable, reliable, and ethical products.
- Guide experimentation, prototyping, and deployment of AI models in real-world healthcare contexts.
Other
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or AI/analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry challenges (payer, life sciences).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
