Hitachi Energy USA Inc is looking to define and execute product marketing strategies for their High Voltage portfolio across the Americas to shape market positioning, drive growth, and influence technical specifications in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product value propositions for the Americas market.
- Set and achieve key targets for volume, pricing, and portfolio mix.
- Lead execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events.
- Provide competitive intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- Guide pricing strategies and transfer pricing for responsible product lines.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in energy or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as an escalation point for issues.
- Coach and develop team members to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
