The EUV Factory needs a Head of Quality to lead strategic direction and execution of quality initiatives, driving transformational improvements and shaping long-term strategy in a dynamic and complex manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems and roadmap development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Apply advanced statistical methods to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven track record in strategic thinking and hands-on change leadership.
- Extensive experience in Q&E domains such as Supplier/Manufacturing Quality, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-sector environment.
- Strategic mindset with operational execution capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality control and assurance programs across the EUV factory.
- Drive technical and organizational risk management activities.
- Oversee investigations into non-conformances and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal regulations.
- Develop and own the EUV Factory Quality roadmap and strategic targets.
- Lead transformational process improvement initiatives across modules and platforms.
- Oversee quality data analysis and reporting projects.
Other
- Master’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years in a global technology environment (e.g., semiconductor, electronics, automotive).
- Recognized mentor and coach with ability to inspire and engage professionals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Will require travel dependent on business needs.
