Siemens Mobility, Inc is looking to scale its North American Mobility Software business, encompassing Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), Train Planning Systems, and Sqills, to empower passenger transport operators worldwide with its software solution S3 Passenger. The goal is to create integrated, data-driven mobility ecosystems for cities, agencies, and operators across the U.S. and Canada.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a software-driven business within the mobility, rail, or transportation technology sector.
- Strong understanding of transportation operations, and digital ecosystems.
- Validated success in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and multi-functional leadership.
- Track record of scaling software or digital solution portfolios in complex enterprise or government sectors.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the regional strategy for the Mobility Software portfolio, including growth plans, customer development, and market positioning.
- Align with global headquarters on portfolio priorities, innovation roadmaps, and investment strategies.
- Build and implement a scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including partnerships, ecosystem alliances, and channel development.
- Collaborate with Siemens Mobility regional sales teams to develop key accounts and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
- Shape and steer the regional product and solution roadmap across journey planning, ticketing, passenger information, rail and bus operations, and train planning/optimization.
- Ensure market and customer needs drive portfolio evolution and competitiveness.
- Lead business forecasting, pipeline reviews, investment decisions, and performance management.
