Requirements
- Proficient using Atlassian products for software development, including Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to aggregate, organize, and analyze data to drive product decisions.
- Expertise in writing product requirements and detailed acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize backlog items and product features, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and goals.
- Create clearly written user stories and acceptance criteria to enable high-velocity, high-quality code delivery.
- Act as the go-to product resource for the development and testing teams, removing impediments and clarifying goals.
- Participate in all agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings, grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Assess and address product quality issues as necessary.
- Provide product documentation and support the creation of training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor, track, and report on the progress of assigned products.
Other
- A minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IT solution experience is a must.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a technical field, and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in software applications product management, software development, or a similar function is required, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Process-minded with the ability to adapt and implement change management as needed.
