BMC Helix is looking to transform entire organizations through its AI-native engine and Agentic AI platform, and is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and customer happiness in the USA

Requirements

  • Ability to understand pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Experience working effectively as a team member and providing team-on-team leadership
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the full sales cycle
  • Be the business owner of a territory to increase footprint, build larger deals, and maintain market leader position
  • Lead as a Helix brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Develop business as a trusted partner by understanding pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources to effectively manage the sales process
  • Design and execute a go-to-market strategy
  • Deliver revenue growth and customer happiness

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
