Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Human Machine Interface (HMI) Design/Implementation Lead to lead development of HMI solutions for Curtiss-Wright SCADA system implementations
Requirements
- Experience in multiple HMI architectures
- Experience with Curtiss-Wright internal proprietary HMI packages as well as industrial packages such as Factory Talk View, WinCC, Ignition, and others
- Familiarity with nuclear and/or industry standards (ISO, SAE, NUREG-0700, etc.) and regulation related to HMI
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Experience in documentation and specification of HMI concepts
Responsibilities
- Transfer contract requirements and user needs to HMI concepts and designs
- Demonstrate strong management skills, including leading a team, backlog management, and prioritization of tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- Identify, develop, and apply appropriate HMI criteria, tools, methodologies, and processes to the SCADA systems being implemented
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field
- 5+ years of human-computer interaction, ergonomics, human factors engineering or human factors experience with at least 1 year of lead experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-environment
- Must be a U.S. Person due to the nature of work performed at this site
