Aquila, a group within Constellation Software Inc., is seeking a Housing & Financial Software Implementation Consultant to help clients replace legacy systems and manual processes with their software, thereby improving accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in managing housing programs and funds.
Requirements
- You have a basic familiarity with databases and data structures, and an understanding of how integrations work at a high level.
- Prior software implementation experience is an asset but not required if you bring strong housing expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Emphasys solutions for assigned clients.
- Handle everything from project set-up and scheduling to configuration, training, and documentation, ensuring a smooth transition to our products.
- Run remote meetings, webinars, and training sessions that build user confidence and adoption.
- Provide Tier 2 escalation support and assist with testing new releases.
- Contribute insights to developers for continuous improvement.
- Review client workflows, recommend best practices, and guide organizations through process improvements.
- Prepare project documentation, maintain progress tracking using internal tools, and ensure milestones are delivered on time and on budget.

- You understand public housing processes such as rent calculation, recertification, work order management, occupancy, compliance, and resident services.
- You may come from a Public Housing Authority, non-profit, SaaS, ERP, or government environment.
- You can manage multiple priorities, schedule meetings, track tasks, and keep projects moving forward using standard tools and PMI methodologies.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role and can research and apply solutions.
- You have a positive and personable attitude, approaching problems with patience, empathy, and tact.
- You are willing and able to travel to client sites up to 30% of the time to deliver training or implement solutions.
