Cyera is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to support its global workforce and shape its organizational culture during a period of rapid growth. The role aims to promote talent growth, employee engagement, and a high-performance environment by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HR technology platforms such as HiBob, Sequoia, Deel, Remote, Notion, Comeet, Monday, Checkr, among others
  • Basic understanding of data privacy principles and confidentiality management

Responsibilities

  • Drive talent management and development initiatives, including identifying high performers, designing career development plans, mentorship programs, and learning opportunities
  • Facilitate discussions around role clarity, promotions, and succession planning to ensure organizational growth
  • Partner with HR and leadership to create and implement culture programs that support a rapidly growing international team
  • Coach and enable leaders by providing tools, frameworks, and support for effective management, performance conversations, and leadership development
  • Lead performance management processes, including managing review cycles, setting clear expectations, and addressing underperformance
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and addressing concerns proactively
  • Support organizational change initiatives such as hiring at scale, role shifts, and policy updates, ensuring smooth transitions

Other

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role (start-up experience is a significant plus)
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices, especially for a distributed US workforce
  • Experience working with all levels of leadership within a global environment
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and laws in EMEA and Canada is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust-based partnerships across departments and seniority levels
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
