G5 Games is looking to strengthen its team by developing and managing HR data processes to improve technical aspects and inform business decisions
Requirements
- Experience or academic projects using Python (pandas, NumPy)
- Strong command of SQL and understanding of database principles
- Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing methods
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Developing and improving HR data collection and management processes: defining data collection requirements, setting up and monitoring data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and documenting data flows and their use in HR reporting
- Building HR data processing pipelines for calculating key metrics and visualizing them in dashboards
- Preparing internal and external analytical reports and presentations for various stakeholders (HR, Management, Board Members, Finance, etc)
- Analyzing the employee funnel, conducting cohort analyses, and defining metrics across the employee lifecycle
- Running research and experiments in the HR domain (hypothesis testing, A/B testing)

- Experience or strong interest in the HR analytics domain
