Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 2+ years of total relevant work experience in compensation and/or data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and with teams.
- Solid knowledge of compensation processes and practices, particularly around benchmarking and managing of salary structures.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conducts research on compensation programs and gathers competitive intelligence to contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class programs that align with business needs.
- Conducts analysis that informs business decisions by leveraging relevant external and internal data sources.
- Analyzes jobs through the job evaluation process to ensure internal equity of positions across job families and grade levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to understand needs and identify and recommend solutions that meet the needs and align to total reward strategy.
- With guidance, may manage a small compensation project that requires a standard solution, including establishing a project plan, coordinating and managing resources.
