The Parks and Recreation Division (PRD) is looking to solve the problem of providing health and safety training programs, activities, and services to its employees statewide.
Requirements
- knowledge of health and safety training programs
- experience in planning, developing, conducting, or evaluating staff development, training, or other programs
- ability to maintain training records
- experience with training administration
Responsibilities
- leading, coordinating, developing, and implementing health and safety training programs, activities, and services
- planning, developing, coordinating, and administering health and safety training
- identifying employee development needs
- maintaining training records for employees within the Division-statewide
Other
- possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- one year of professional experience in planning, developing, conducting, or evaluating staff development, training, or other programs equivalent to a Human Resources Developer
- ability to work overtime, and may include overnight travel, and nights and weekend work
- high school completion and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement
- four years of experience as an advanced 9-level worker in an ECP Group One classification
