Glint Tech Solutions LLC is looking for an HR Intern to support their HR team in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, to gain hands-on experience and exposure to the field.

Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and completing new hire paperwork
- Participate in employee relations activities, such as conducting exit interviews and addressing employee concerns
- Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, providing support and contributing ideas
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement of HR processes and policies
Other
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
