Responsibilities
- Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop procedures
- Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of these procedures
- Help with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managers
- Provide administrative support to HR team members to support investigations
- Prepare reports and presentations
Other
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline, preference given to students focusing on labor or employee relations
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Complete junior year of college
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Paid full-time hybrid internship
