BJ's Wholesale Club is looking to solve the problem of optimizing HR systems, specifically Workday, to enhance HR efficiency, compliance, employee experience, and automation.
Requirements
- Proven HR technology product management experience
- Deep understanding of Workday HCM, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Integrations, and related HRIS platforms
- Strong experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, Web Services, and third-party middleware
- Experience leading and managing a team, providing mentorship, and driving professional development
- Experience managing a Workday product backlog, roadmap, and release strategy
- Agile methodology experience is preferred
- Jira, Kanban, and Confluence experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the HR Products strategy and roadmap, with a strong emphasis on Workday optimization and integrations
- Lead HR product integration initiatives, ensuring Workday connects efficiently with payroll providers, benefits vendors, finance systems, and other enterprise applications
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR technology professionals, providing guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and career growth
- Utilize data insights to identify opportunities, measure adoption, and track system performance
- Develop and manage HR technology roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and Workday product lifecycle
- Drive the development, deployment, and enhancement of Workday modules and integrations, ensuring smooth implementations and upgrades
- Manage Workday integrations with third-party HR solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing connections
Other
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Business, HR Technology, or related field
- 10 years of experience managing Workday or similar HR technology platforms
- Ability to manage ambiguity, drive HR digital transformation, and ensure Workday is effectively leveraged across the organization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old for 401(k) plan with company match
