The Christman Company is looking to optimize and evolve its Workday platform to support HR, payroll, finance, and analytics, and is seeking an HRIS Analyst - Workday to lead this effort.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in Workday integrations and business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with Workday certifications and implementing security protocols and compliance best practices (bonus).
- 3-5 years' experience as an HRIS Analyst using Workday, with a strong understanding of HR, PR, and accounting processes and business requirements.
- Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and be able to communicate effectively with various teams.
- Experience in project management and strategic planning
- Strong technical expertise in Workday
Responsibilities
- Streamlining and optimizing business processes across HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, and more.
- Designing and maintaining integrations, reports, dashboards, and data structures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams-HR, IT, Payroll, and Accounting-to ensure technology aligns with business goals.
- Driving new system functionality and feature rollouts, from discovery to deployment.
- Serving as the go-to liaison between internal users and external Workday partners.
- Working at the center of innovation, where expertise will directly shape system performance, data quality, and organizational efficiency.

- Bachelor's Degree in related technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily workload and meet timelines on deliverables.
