The organization is seeking an HRIS Data Analyst to manage and maximize the technical components of their current HRIS system, improve efficiency of HR data operations, and automate processes and reporting to deliver real-time data to management.

Requirements

  • Data analytics & visualization (Power BI preferred)
  • Reporting automation
  • Coding / Data Processing (Python, SAS, SQL, etc.)
  • Cloud-based ERPs
  • Premier Symplr Suite
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant data visualization or coding certifications preferred
  • Relevant data analytics or data science certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintains all data pertaining to employee records
  • Develops and maintains standard reporting and routine data processing/production tasks
  • Produces ad hoc reports and analysis to support business and clinical operations across the organization
  • Analyzes and ensures data integrity using effective audit tools and practices
  • Maintains data maps, integrations, workflows, and cross walks between Symplr and other information systems
  • Creatively drives solutions for automation and data integrity
  • Uses data to support activities, programs, goals, and systems of non-HR departments across the organization

Other

  • Associates degree in a relevant field; or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training required
  • 1-3 years of Human Resource experience maintaining HRIS/HCM records and reporting support required
  • Experience working in a healthcare provider setting preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to transform data into meaningful, actionable metrics preferred
