Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years of direct experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools, such as Story Reports, Canvas Reports, and Online Report Designer (ORD)
- Advanced skills in business rules to drive data integrity across the SuccessFactors Platform
- Solid understanding of HR data, metrics, and business processes
- Certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)
Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning Management
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, employee engagement)
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to inform decision-making related to talent management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SuccessFactors platform through regular audits and validation
- Automate reporting processes and streamline data collection to improve efficiency
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with SuccessFactors product updates and new features to optimize data utilization
