Axon is looking to maintain and improve its HRIS system to support its mission to protect life and serve its customers.
Requirements
- Proficient in Sigma, Tableau and/or Power BI
- Admin experience with WorkDay or other large HRIS provider
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience as an IT business analyst preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS support experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Manage reporting from core HRIS
- Investigate monthly results for actionable data insights
- Conduct regular audits on HRIS data accuracy
- Edit and maintain executive Tableau dashboards
- Translate and communicate business objectives into written technical requirements
- Review and document inter-departmental people data processes
- Serve as the “go-to” for technical questions regarding HRIS, escalate as appropriate
Other
- A bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in Information Technology, computer science, or related fields OR a bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in HR related fields with 3-5 years experience working with people data analytics
